We are super excited to announce the return of Aqsa Week Kids, this is an incredible week for children to learn about Masjid Al-Aqsa. It will take place from Sunday 11 - Saturday 17 January 2026.
This year’s theme is Al isra wal Miraj. We will be learning about the difficulties and hardships our beloved Prophet Muhammed peace be upon him went through, the year of sorrow and the miraculous journey Al isra wal Miraj.

What is Aqsa Week Kids?
Aqsa Week is a global initiative to build love for Masjid Al-Aqsa. Aqsa Week Kids are activities we have prepared for children to help them learn and love Masjid Al-Aqsa.
When is Aqsa Week Kids 2026?
Aqsa Week Kids is from Monday 12 January until Friday 31 January. This coincides with one of the alleged date of Al-Isra wal Mi’raj.
What will happen during Aqsa Week Kids?
Every day of Aqsa Week Kids we will be releasing a new story on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@aqsaweek) There will also be daily worksheets released for children, to help them reinforce the learning. The worksheets have lessons, puzzles, colouring and more!
How will I know the story and worksheets have been released?
Every day of Aqsa Week, both the daily story and worksheets will be posted onto the WhatsApp community group. That's why it's important to join the WhatsApp community group.

What age is Aqsa Week Kids suitable for?

If your child completes Aqsa Week Kids and all the activities, you can download our special Aqsa Week Kids 2025 certificate from the website.
Will there be a competition this year?
Yes! We have a very exciting competition which children will enjoy. Information regarding the competition will be released during Aqsa Week.
